PL/SQL Developer (Regulatory Reporting) Location: New York (3 days hybrid – locals only) Duration: 6+ months Experience: 10–15 years Role Overview Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, has partnered with a leading Investment Bank in NYC to hire a PL/SQL Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on PL/SQL development skills combined with deep functional expertise in regulatory reporting. This role requires the ability to perform solution design, development, data analysis, and data validation for regulatory reports such as FR 2052A, FR Y-15, etc. Responsibilities & Qualifications Strong knowledge of relational databases including Oracle, Sybase, and MS SQL Server Oracle Data Warehouse and Data Mart development using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and cursors Releasing and packaging code into production Full understanding of the SDLC lifecycle Expert-level experience developing and implementing technology solutions for regulatory reporting, with strong expertise in FR 2052A Ability to create and implement solution designs to meet business requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and functional summarization skills Ability to perform data validation of regulatory reports Self-sufficient and proactive in sourcing required information Ability to work independently with excellent troubleshooting skills Strong organizational and communication skills 10+ years of experience as a Developer/Analyst in a Financial Institution working on regulatory reporting topics Must have hands-on experience developing and analyzing PL/SQL code Must have prior experience in the regulatory reporting domain Must have experience liaising with end users and technical teams Must have experience in functional testing and data validation Experience with Axiom software is highly preferred RIT Solutions
