The successful candidate will work across product, technology, sales, finance, and executive leadership teams to drive high-impact initiatives that support the evolution of the bank's liquidity and treasury management offerings.This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges.In this role, you will:Lead product simplification and transformation projects across the transaction banking product portfolio, including within liquidity productsAct as an advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementWork with product managers, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to organize and transition the business processes to align with the strategic operating modelAdvise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience in Corporate Treasury, Management Consulting, Global Treasury Management, Commercial and/or Corporate BankingExperience with Jira/Confluence building confluence pages and/or new reportsExperience executing and delivering on large transformational programsExperience preparing strategic communications and articulating within presentationsExperience leading strategic priorities and projects end to endChange management and delivery experienceProficiency in Microsoft PowerPointExperience with Jira/Confluence building Confluence pages, content and/or new boards and reports Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple prioritiesOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic objectivesJob Expectations:This position is hybrid work model, must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN office approximately 3 days a weekPay Range:Charlotte, NC: $119,000 - $187,000Minneapolis, MN: $131,000 - $206,000Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
