Job Description Rally Appraisal ( a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across five states, is seeking to hire and train a Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the Sprigfield, IL market. This position would train out of our Peoria office for the first 12-18 months, then transition to the Springfield, IL market. This is a training opportunity within an established office that is a recognized leader in the area. You will support a high-performing team while helping to expand our market coverage, leveraging our strong reputation and well-known brand. The training period typically lasts 12-18months and includes a salaried compensation structure. Upon certification, the role transitions to commission-based pay, offering a significant increase in earning potential for individuals who demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications: Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adhere to uniform processes Proficient computer skills Excellent customer service skills Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a mathematics related field. Compensation: Appraiser Trainee - $40,000 during the training period.
