Job Summary Senior Manager - CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead (West) – responsible for leading the CAR‑T Experience Team (CTEL) across the Western United States, covering Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The role reports to the Group Product Director, Cell Therapy Experience and focuses on supporting activated treatment centers and coordinating operational efficiency to maximize CAR‑VYKTI® utilization. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the CTEL team, serving as a point of contact for site operations, logistics, and growth opportunities. Provide subject‑matter expertise on CAR‑T operations and logistics, giving guidance on technology utilization and process optimization. Collaborate cross‑functionally, coordinating with sales, order, medical, reimbursement, supply chain and manufacturing teams to deliver high‑quality service to sites. Facilitate education and training for treatment center staff on CAR‑T procedures, manufacturing updates, and product value. Analyze data and site observations to recommend improvements that enhance CAR‑VYKTI® utilization and operational efficiency. Communicate CAR‑VYKTI® clinical efficacy and safety to drive growth and expansion of site capacity, including satellite and outpatient clinic support. Own field‑based large account management, ensuring adherence to strategy, execution excellence, and achievement of performance metrics. Develop and coach CTEL members, providing timely feedback, corrective action, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Education Minimum bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Experience & Skills 7+ years in the healthcare industry with demonstrated success in field sales, sales leadership, and large‑account management. Experience administering oncology, bone marrow transplant, CAR‑T, infusion site or cell & gene therapy treatment center certifications. RN license or advanced practice degree (NP/PA/PharmD/MSN) required. Prior cell therapy manufacturer experience (CTEL or equivalent). Strong oral and written communication, conflict resolution, and relationship‑building skills. Project and operational management expertise in complex environments. Ability to adapt priorities, handle high‑pressure situations, and resolve customer issues. Will cover the Western region with up to 50% domestic travel; candidate should reside within 1½ hours of a major metropolitan airport. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare marketing experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics. Experience working in regulated environments. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $141,000 – $243,800. The position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, long‑term incentive program, and participation in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (401(k)). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Vacation up to 120 hours per calendar year; sick time up to 40 hours per calendar year (56 in Washington); floating holidays up to 13 days per year; work‑personal‑family time up to 40 hours per year.
