Yellowstone Mountain Club, LLC d/b/a Yellowstone Club, located in Big Sky, Montana, seeks thirty-five (35) full-time, temporary Stewards who will be responsible for following all F&B standard operating procedures, washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, removing all trash, recyclables and compost and taking it to the appropriate location, cleaning and keeping company’s vehicles clean and organized (this consists of removing trash, leftover food items, and debris from company vehicles, rinsing and cleaning vehicle exteriors, and wiping down surfaces and maintaining overall vehicle cleanliness. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are water hoses, trash bags, protective gloves, soap and

cleaning solutions, degreasers, and towels, rags, and cleaning), loading/unloading trucks that deliver or pickup food and supplies, receiving and stocking supplies, storing perishables, and rotating stock, assisting with basic food preparation (which consists of washing, cleaning, and sanitizing fruits, vegetables, and other food items before use, peeling, trimming, slicing, dicing, and cutting vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and other ingredients, measuring/portioning ingredients for chefs and cooks, preparing simple ingredients by organizing garnishes, salads, and preportioned food items, transporting prepared ingredients and food products to designated kitchen or service areas, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation, properly

storing/labeling/rotating food products in accordance with food safety standards, and assisting culinary staff by setting up ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and service. Stewards will utilize cutting boards, kitchen knives and peelers, food storage containers, measuring cups and scales, colanders and strainers, food preparation tables, labels and marking tools, cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, gloves and other personal protective equipment (PPE). Stewards do not cook food) and serving as needed (which consists of plating food in a banquet setting and serving one component on a dish as part of a larger "conveyer belt" style of plating during a large banquet setting. Stewards would be working alongside other cooks and sous chefs, under supervision of the banquet chef, and would not be serving plates/food to members and guests), preparing place settings, and setting banquet tables. Stewards may occasionally drive company vehicles to transport supplies and/or other employees when employee shuttles are not available. While performing the duties of this job the employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to determining the accuracy, neatness, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Will report directly to the Executive Steward or the Assistant Executive Steward at Yellowstone Club.

All worksites located in Gallatin and Madison Counties in Montana. Occasional travel throughout this area is required. All worksites are within a normal commuting distance (less than one (1) hour) of the primary job location. Transportation between worksites is provided.

Transportation is available to and from the housing venues to Yellowstone Club. Employees who do not stay in employee housing must provide their own transportation to the transportation pickup and drop-off spots. Additional 3rd Party transportations (free and/or self-pay) are available through public services such as Skyline, Streamline, LMLC, UBER/Lyft, and/or Taxi services.

On-the-job training is provided.

Service-charge eligible position with guaranteed wage of $22.37 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $33.56 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including service charges) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.

Optional seasonal housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Yellowstone Club has several housing venues and employees may choose their bed space & location. Location availability is department dependent. The cost of housing is $225.00-$700.00 biweekly depending on the location and room style selected, and is due in advance. Depending on housing option availability, housing will be either single or double-room occupancy for Winter 2026/2027. A few couples' options may be available, but limited. Gallatin Gateway Inn (GGI), offers Schack's Depot for its residents. Schack's Depot is an a la carte dining option for dinner service with an online pre-ordering platform. Yellowstone Club uses an online portal, StarRez, for housing. Employees will be required to sign up for an account and make all of their payments via debit, credit, or ACH online. A small service fee is included with each non- ACH transaction (approximately 3% of the transaction amount). A $250.00 - $400.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be paid directly to the employer upon acceptance of housing. If all rent payments are made on time, the unit is left in a clean and move-in-ready condition, and all keys are returned, their deposit is eligible for return within 30 days of the full unit departure. Bedding and Terry are not provided, but sets are available for purchase prior to arrival through the housing portal. Prices range from $112 - $160 depending on bedding sizes.

Additional, optional benefits may be offered to the worker, for the worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to an optional purchase of a ski pass. Upon reaching 3,200 hours worked (subject to certain conditions), the worker is considered “Key Seasonal” status and may be eligible for additional optional benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as be able to accrue vacation and/or sick time. Workers that are not “Key Seasonal” status (under 3,200 hours worked) will be considered “Seasonal” status, and are ineligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, and also will not be able to accrue vacation or sick time in “Seasonal” status. Both “Key Seasonal” and “Seasonal” workers are eligible to enroll in a 401k. If voluntarily elected by the worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from the paycheck.

All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.

If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek. The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).
