• Proven clinical competence in assessment, airway management, ventilator operation, and therapeutic procedures.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, particularly in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to neonates and children, including those with complex cardiac conditions and transplant patients.
• Assess, monitor, and modify ventilator and oxygen therapies based on patient needs and response.
