We are seeking talented SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers. (We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role) Support our field's peak season that starts building around February During peak season you can expect heavy call volume Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business Use different gamification tools to measure performance We Offer… Variety of Schedules (Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays) Four-week quality Training Program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful.
