Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) Columbus, OH (Hilliard Area) Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) $18/hour | Paid weekly (Fridays!) What You’ll Be Doing Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish) Calling, texting, and emailing applicants Interviewing candidates and making job offers Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees Tracking recruiting activity and progress What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone Organized and reliable Enjoys working with people Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
