This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Agent based in India.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring clear, efficient, and professional communication with customers. You will identify callers' needs, accurately capture relevant information, and access the appropriate systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism. You will help ensure callers are connected quickly with the right teams or individuals when additional support is required. Working remotely, you will contribute to a reliable and customer-focused service experience. This is an opportunity to build valuable experience in customer service, communication, and business process operations.

Accountabilities

• Determine and understand the language and service needs of each caller to ensure appropriate assistance.
• Accurately enter and update customer information using designated computer systems and tools.
• Access relevant databases and information to support customer requests efficiently.
• Respond to customer needs promptly while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
• Transfer calls quickly and accurately to the appropriate staff member or department when required.
• Provide additional assistance and support to callers as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency throughout customer interactions.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of the English language; additional language skills are not required.
• Ability to enter, retrieve, and manage information accurately using a computer terminal while assisting customers.
• Strong keyboarding skills and confidence working with computer-based systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working at speed.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
• Ability to remain responsive, organized, and composed while handling customer requests.
