Overview Graphic Designer – bring art and data together to create high‑visibility mission‑critical infographics, data visualizations, and presentations for senior and executive level leadership. Responsibilities Conceptualize and produce graphic‑based products (infographics, cartographic products, data visualizations, and public materials) to support complex ideas. Deliver advanced graphic solutions in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Develop engaging, interactive visualizations and recommend cutting‑edge multimedia technologies. Identify opportunities to build and implement solutions aligned with client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide process advice for optimal visual production. Present graphic concepts in client‑facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging and conceptualize analytic ideas. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word), and tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, MAPublisher. Experience facilitating client‑facing discussions and visualizing data for complex challenges. Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex, intelligence‑related challenges. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, define project requirements, and deliver design outcomes aligned with mission‑focused goals. TS/SCI clearance; high school diploma or GED with 11+ years of experience, Associate’s degree with 9+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience. Nice to Have Support senior‑level or executive staff with tailored graphic design solutions. Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic production. Adherence to brand management guidelines. Knowledge of human‑centered design methodology or design‑thinking principles. Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision. Effective collaboration within cross‑functional teams and the ability to work independently with non‑design staff.
