We are looking for an experienced Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Consultant with strong expertise in intelligent automation and data capture solutions. The role focuses on AI-driven document processing, classification, and data extraction for structured and unstructured documents. Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) solutions.
- Develop and manage data capture workflows , including classification and extraction.
- Configure OCR, validation rules, and automated data extraction processes.
- Process structured and unstructured documents efficiently.
- Integrate KTA with enterprise applications and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and production implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) .
- Strong knowledge of data capture, OCR, document classification, and extraction.
- Experience in intelligent automation and workflow configuration.
- Understanding of structured & unstructured document processing.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in document capture or intelligent automation solutions.
- Proven implementation experience with KTA data capture solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Boston, MA .
