Are you a licensed real estate agent ready to increase your production in 2026? Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced producer, the Sayles Team is expanding on Kauai and actively recruiting five motivated sales professionals.
This opportunity is designed for agents who want consistent lead flow, structured onboarding, and a clear path to closing deals using our leads and systems.

Responsibilities
List and sell residential real estate
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs)
Guide clients through the buying and selling process
Maintain an active Hawaii real estate license
