Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (9:40–22:10) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for General Surgery (Tier 4) and complex surgical cases including kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and procurements
• Support advanced procedures such as HIPEC, Whipple, trauma, colectomy, burns, and laparoscopic surgeries
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgery utilizing the DaVinci Xi system
• Perform scrub and/or circulating roles for procedures including appendectomy and cholecystectomy
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience in the Operating Room specialty within the last 3 years
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components, 80% passing score; 100% identification of lethal rhythms required on adult exam)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with transplant surgeries, HIPEC, or Whipple procedures
• Familiarity with DaVinci Xi robotic surgical platform
• Experience in a Magnet-designated or academic medical center environment
