Summary The Client Advisor - Visual Expert in Scottsdale is a retail sales role focused on building lasting client relationships and achieving individual and store sales targets while maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards. The role partners with the Visual Merchandising team to implement floor changes, windows, and in-store installations, and supports store operations including inventory, shipping, and events. This position also involves coaching colleagues, using CRM tools for personalized client engagement, and contributing to market reporting. Responsibilities Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and individual KPIs. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and maintain an accurate client book using CRM tools. Partner with the VM corporate team to execute floor changes, window displays, and in-store visual standards. Support store operations including organized stockroom practices, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and event execution. Coach and train colleagues on product knowledge, visual execution, and store standards; provide biweekly reporting to management and VM team. Requirements Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment. Proven experience as a visual merchandiser with strong skills in windows, interior displays, and space utilization. Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets and building client relationships. Willingness to work nights, overnights and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Foreign language knowledge a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
