Experience a dynamic and personally rewarding role as a Registered Behavior Technician serving schools in the Dallas, TX region. This itinerant contract opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to make a genuine difference for students who benefit from 1:1 support. In this full-time position, candidates will focus deeply on each assigned student, providing direct behavioral interventions at one school at a time. When progress milestones are met, you’ll transition to support the next student in need, broadening your impact across the district.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RBT certification through the BACB with active status required
• Prior, verifiable school-based RBT experience is essential
• Ability to provide high-quality, individualized behavioral intervention in a school setting
• Comfortable working independently with adaptability for traveling between assignments
• Must complete TEA fingerprinting (if not already on file for Texas public schools; allow at least 7 days for processing)
• References from your two most recent supervisors required for submission

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy and support to students, focusing on targeted goals
• Collect, document, and share data on student progress in collaboration with school staff
• Coordinate with educators, BCBAs, and support professionals to adapt strategies as needed
• Transition smoothly between school sites as students progress, maintaining a student-first mindset
• Comply with all relevant guidelines, ethical standards, and privacy laws
• Maintain up-to-date records and communication for seamless case management
