Plumbing Service Dispatcher - The ideal candidate is organized, professional, great with customers, knows the Columbus and surrounding areas. Ability to multi task and keep technicians appointments running smoothly throughout the day. Ability to route service calls according to locations, prioritize emergency and time sensitive calls, knowledge of technicians abilities in the company and equipment needed for certain service calls. Maintaining accurate customer information and contact information. Work closely with management and the service team to keep operations running efficiently. Communicate with technicians and customers to maintain updates on appointments. Monitor technicians location and availability through GPS tracking system. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
