Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Hire) | Fully Onsite We're seeking a Staff Accountant with 1+ years of hands-on accounting experience who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and ready to grow their accounting career. Pay: $26-$28/hour Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and problem-solving skills What You'll Do: Process full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Payable for multiple business units Review invoices, vendor setup (W-9/1099), coding, and payment processing Reconcile A/P aging reports and related balance sheet accounts Process corporate credit card expenses, reimbursements, petty cash, and mileage Prepare journal entries, assist with month-end and year-end close Research and resolve A/P discrepancies and vendor inquiries Support audit preparation and provide backup to the accounting team as needed This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong accounting foundation in a collaborative environment while making an impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
