• Must Have Skills/Experience: recognize mental health as an illness! Active RN license to practice in OH. 
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: detox, depression, psychosis
• Personality Fit: Unbothered by patients comments, compassionate about mental health. Ability to be proactive during down times
