Requirements

• Required certification: Case Management
• 1+ years of experience
• Active California RN license required before start
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year oncology experience required, prefer BMT experience; 1-3 years required depending on unit 2. Cases: Case Manager for clinic setting working with auth department, new patient referrals, collaboration with multiple departments to schedule appointments, responding to chart messages from patients and EPIC pools 3.
