Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, strengthening patient safety, clinical quality, and consistent standards across assigned nursing units. Direct staff hiring, training, development, and evaluation to build capable nursing teams and maintain high-quality patient care services. Coordinate resolution of patient care issues, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Monitor nursing unit budgets, approving expenditures and purchases to maintain financial compliance while supporting safe, effective patient care. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing. Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Work Experience 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
