Kolton Blickenstaff - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate life insurance sales through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance coverage. Present policy options, explain coverage benefits, and guide prospects through the application process. Follow up with prospects, address questions, and close sales. Review existing life insurance coverage and identify opportunities to address changing needs. Work toward agency sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Active Life & Health insurance license will be required. Previous insurance sales experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Ability to build rapport, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
