The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting clients, and a creative mindset for marketing initiatives. An Intake Specialist at Pritchard Injury Firm plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and professional client experience from the very first contact. Responsibilities of an Intake Specialist: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant information about their cases. Assess the viability of potential cases based on established criteria and provide preliminary legal advice. Efficiently manage and document client intake information in our case management system. Coordinate appointments for potential clients with attorneys and ensure smooth transitions in the intake process. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in handling client information and inquiries.
