Pay: $46,500 - $154,000 Annually Schedule: Full Time Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests and incoming email.
• Record contacts in Lead Management System.
• Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
• Make contact with assigned leads.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience
• REQUIRED Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $154,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
