Air Logistics Care SpecialistThe Air Logistics Care Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments while providing high-level customer support. This role ensures timely and accurate movement of goods, maintains communication with clients and carriers, and resolves any shipment-related issues to deliver a smooth logistics experience.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate air import and export shipments from origin to final deliveryPrepare and review shipping documents (air waybills, invoices, customs paperwork)Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customersCommunicate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveryResolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies quickly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all air freight regulations and company proceduresMaintain accurate shipment records and update internal systemsSupport billing processes and verify freight charges when neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred)1–3 years of experience in logistics, air freight, or customer serviceKnowledge of air import/export processes and documentation is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
