Responsibilities include: Applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information Processing and analyzing inventory Managing order processing Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Supporting route accounting activities Performing daily and monthly reconciliations Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a professional manner Assisting with month-end close, including reports, general ledger entries, and accruals Providing general administrative support (copying, filing, etc.) Completing other duties as assigned This role is a great fit if you: Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team Have a knowledge & familiarity of accounting principles Have 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, or similar accounting functions Are both detail-oriented and solution-focused Can manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines Hold (or are currently pursuing) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Compensation $20.78 – $23.98 per hour, depending on experience Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Northern Companies of Minot is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northern Bottling/Pepsi
