Construction HR & Payroll Lead — Grow & Govern
City Hill Construction Inc.
City Hill Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Manager to build out our internal HR and payroll function for a growing site work and excavation company in western NY. The ideal candidate will manage weekly payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR compliance while working closely with ownership on HR infrastructure.
