We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Analyst to support the execution of sales strategy and operations by delivering accurate reporting, actionable analysis, and operational support. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making by maintaining data integrity, producing insights, and supporting planning and forecasting processes led by Sales Strategy & Enablement leadership. This is a full-time hybrid role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA. Ability to travel 20% as needed for company and team meetings, onboarding and other business needs What Your Day Looks Like Sales Strategy & Planning: Support execution of sales planning and forecasting processes by maintaining pipeline data and tracking key metrics Assist in development of forecast inputs, performance tracking, and variance analysis Provide analytical support for annual planning activities including territory alignment and quota modeling Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) across business cadences Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and key trends to identify risks and opportunities Support preparation of materials and insights for leadership business reviews and operating cadence meetings Track action items and follow-ups from recurring business reviews Systems & Data Management: Maintain Salesforce data quality and reporting accuracy through ongoing governance and audits Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into sales performance Troubleshoot reporting issues and support testing of system enhancements Support requirements gathering for system or reporting improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to provide consistent and accurate reporting and analysis Support revenue tracking, forecasting inputs, and performance reporting in collaboration with Finance Provide data and insights to support cross-functional decision-making Process Optimization & Enablement: Identify and elevate opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and data accuracy Support implementation of process improvements led by Sales Strategy & Enablement leadership Assist with user training and adoption of reporting tools What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or business analytics Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience with Salesforce reporting and data management preferred Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills What’s In It For You 401(k) Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Attractive Paid time off Vision insurance At Careismatic Brands, we believe in the power of care.
