HR Reporting Analyst

Job Description Join the U.S. Bank Workforce Analytics team as an HR Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will create HR reports to support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data. You will assist in the creation of Workday Reporting – both Custom Reports and templates – and may receive and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting while leveraging BI tools like Power BI to tell a data story. You will process requests through U.S. Bank’s case management system and partner closely with Workforce Business Analysts for requirements gathering and user acceptance testing. The job requires working independently and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests and needs Partner with Workforce Business Analysts Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.) Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to facilitate data‑driven decisions Ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and applied recommendations comply with company standards Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience Preferred Requirements Experience in Workday reporting is desired Experience with HR reporting and insights MS Excel experience using Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Charts, Conditional Formatting, V‑Lookups, and file joins Experience partnering with Human Resource Professionals regarding human capital data needs for HR processes (performance management, engagement survey, succession planning, etc.) and overall talent lifecycle (talent acquisition, terminations, onboarding, etc.) Experience creating and running reports in HCM systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, E360) for extracting, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting results for insights Experience developing dashboards in Power BI is preferred Experience with relational databases is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to document processes in detail to ensure compliance Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly adapt to change Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in‑office expectation of three or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office on remaining days.
