Wedding & Events Coordinator Join a premier private club and events destination on Boston’s South Shore as a Wedding & Special Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, hospitality-driven professional to lead wedding and event sales, planning, and execution while creating unforgettable guest experiences and earning significant performance-based commissions. Benefits Competitive base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus lucrative wedding and event commissions Comprehensive health and dental coverage with immediate eligibility Company-paid Life and AD&D insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and professional development opportunities 401(k) retirement plan and ongoing training programs Responsibilities Manage wedding and special event inquiries, conduct venue tours, and prepare proposals and contracts Guide clients through the entire planning process from initial inquiry through event execution Coordinate wedding tastings, event timelines, floor plans, invoices, payments, and guest counts Serve as the on-site coordinator for weddings and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences Collaborate closely with culinary, food & beverage, and service teams to communicate event details, vendor information, BEOs, and operational plans Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of event planning experience; wedding planning experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, food & beverage service, and event management best practices Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with event management or POS systems preferred Exceptional organizational, communication, and client relationship-building skills with a polished and professional presence Successful coordinators can realistically earn $90,000–$100,000+ annually , with top performers exceeding that range through wedding bookings and event revenue growth! #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
