Leads cross-team collaboration, drives innovation and continuous improvement, enforces governance standards, manages multiple teams, and influences leadership business decisions by designing and implementing solutions to solve real-world challenges.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.2. Oversees the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.3. Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.4. Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.5. Promotes innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.6. Manages multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.7. Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.8. Coaches and mentors teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.9. Frequently influences business decisions made by leadership.10. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.3. Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions.4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.Preferred Qualifications1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.2. Experience in the financial services industry.3. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.4. Strong knowledge of unstructured data management, retention, and disposition tools and technologies.5. Experience in building financial services strategies for managing the lifecycle of unstructured data for use with AI.6. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data governance frameworks7.
