Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LTL (Less-than-Truckload) transportation
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in learning and operating new systems and technology
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid understanding and commitment to safety standards
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Experience in people and project management within supply chain, quality, or operations
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and suppliers
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working in a diverse and fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in logistics, supply chain, or business management is a plus
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in transportation operations, ideally within LTL environments
