Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Allied Physicians Group is looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join in Franklin Square, NY as we build a best-in-class Pediatric Urgent Care experience.

Shifts: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM weekdays | 12:00 PM 12:00 AM weekends

You will work alongside pediatric providers in a high-energy urgent care setting designed specifically for children and families. From acute sick visits to urgent procedures, you will play a critical role in delivering efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused care.

What You Will Do:

• Provide urgent and episodic care for pediatric patientsfrom infants through young adults
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in a fast-paced pediatric urgent care setting
• Deliver reassurance, education, and clear communication to families during high-stress situations
• Perform urgent care procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, and foreign body removal
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to support patient flow and continuity of care
• Maintain efficient and accurate documentation within athenaOne EMR
• Support telemedicine integration and patient-centered innovation initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active New York State NP or PA License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA Registration
• Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• EMR experience preferred (athenaOne a plus)

Compensation Offered:

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 110.00 USD Hourly

The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
