Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | 12 Shifts/Month + Full Benefits Hospital-Based Specialty Practice | Bethpage, NY GlyCare is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our hospital-based inpatient diabetes and glycemic management team at Catholic Health St. Joseph Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a specialized inpatient consultative role focused exclusively on diabetes and glycemic management for adult hospitalized patients on Med‑Surg and Step‑Down units (non‑ICU). Providers practice within a highly collaborative, protocol‑driven model with endocrinology support, structured onboarding, and extensive specialty training.
