Sales Assistant
Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a Sales Assistant. Under minimal supervision, this person offers administrative support services to management in a family owned company located in Pembroke Pines. Work requires independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are time sensitive in nature. May perform special assignments such as researching information and compiling reports. Will handle general office management & coordinate various office supply inventories.
Additional job duties include:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications, creating & maintaining spreadsheets, scanning documents, laminating documents, etc...
- Dealer to Dealer communications
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
