Responsibilities
- Perform asphalt paving, raking, and concrete forming
- Handle finishing work and interlocking pavers installation
- Operate equipment and manage materials safely
- Prepare job sites to ensure readiness and compliance
- Adhere to safety standards and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively within small teams under supervisor direction
Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in asphalt paving
- High school diploma or equivalent
