Project Manager, Accounting & Finance

- Manage a portfolio of 500 accounts and collect on outstanding balances
- Apply payments and process credit/debit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies with customers, hotels, and venue partners
- Respond to statement inquiries and support the AR master phone line with timely, professional service
- Prepare consolidated account summaries and reporting across multiple locations
- 2+ years of AR and collections experience with full order-to-cash exposure
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to hit the ground running
- Bachelor’s degree and Oracle/High Radius experience (preferred)
- Hybrid schedule/ excellent work-life balance
- Collaborative AR team with strong leadership and support
- Immediate start with hands-on responsibility and exposure to complex AR operations
