We are currently looking for an Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon in Quincy, Illinois, who is passionate about enhancing health and improving patient care. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

• Robust internal referral network and collaborative partnerships across 30+ specialties.
• Flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours each week.
• Attractive total compensation package ranging from $775,000 to $1,050,000, including potential financial bonuses, stipends, CME funds, and a shareholder track for equity eligibility.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $750,000 to $900,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $775,000 and $1,050,000.
