Warehouse Worker - Weekend ShiftJoin a large distribution center that supplies products to retail stores across the region. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll help ensure merchandise is received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload inbound and outbound trailers, often by hand.Move, stack, and organize products for storage and shipment.Pick, stock, and load merchandise for delivery to retail locations.Inspect products for damage or defects and report issues.Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and shipping/receiving processes.Maintain productivity in a busy, high-volume distribution environment.Work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.RequirementsAbility to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly, including overhead lifting.Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work in a large, loud, and fast-paced warehouse.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.Experience loading/unloading trailers.Familiarity with RF scanners.Pallet jack or forklift experience.Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.Work Environment & BenefitsContract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment after approximately 520 hours worked.Overtime opportunities available.One unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks per shift.Facility tours available prior to starting.Supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY. The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
