Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery Department in Templeton, California. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum (LDRP) model. The role requires active participation in committees, adherence to professional regulations, and safe practice standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Templeton, California
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, rotating shifts
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current RN license in California; one-year recent acute care RN experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification from approved vendors, with NRP and ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer.

• Additional Information: Responsibilities include maintaining current licenses and certifications, demonstrating skill with medical equipment, adhering to infection control principles, practicing safety standards, and supporting the organizations quality improvement initiatives.
