Therapy Development Specialist, Pelvic Health - Dallas, TX

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Specialist for Pelvic Health to support adoption of new overactive bladder therapies in the Dallas region. The role combines clinical expertise, customer relationship management, and on-site technical support to drive therapy implementation and market development across healthcare provider accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation process and drive adoption of new pelvic health therapies at targeted accounts
• Provide technical education and support to healthcare professionals on implant procedures and device usage
• Conduct implementation reviews with HCP teams, gather feedback, and identify optimization opportunities
• Provide on-site technical support during initial procedures in OR, ASC, and office settings
• Develop and execute therapy development plans in collaboration with district, marketing, and sales teams

Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent and 8+ years medical device/healthcare sales or clinical experience
• OR Associate's degree and 6+ years relevant sales, clinical, or medtech experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within assigned territory
• Strong background in medical device technology and product expertise
• Experience with therapy development and healthcare provider training
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and collaborate across functions
• Demonstrated agility, adaptability to learn new technologies and procedures
