ProSidian Seeks a Training Analytics Lead for Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support – Training Analytics & Optimization (NSF0030030). Job Overview Provide services and support as a Training Analytics Lead to enhance the HR Technology Ecosystem and enterprise‑wide decision‑making capabilities for government and public services clients such as NSF, OCHCO, and OCIO. The position is generally located in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region, working hybrid on/off client site. Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs. Responsibilities and Duties Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics. Lead training analytics, develop metrics, dashboards, and evaluate workforce training effectiveness. Develop advanced analytic models, workforce insights, and decision‑support products for training analytics & optimization; support predictive analysis, KPI design, and executive reporting using governed data and modern analytics tools. The role is located in the Mid Atlantic Region at or near Alexandria, VA (Hybrid). Working hybrid on/off client site, 401 Dulany Street Randolph Building, Alexandria, VA 22314. Qualifications 8+ years of analytics experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics. Skills Required Primarily focused on management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services initiatives aligned with program support activities. Proficiency in data analysis and dashboards.
