Major Duties and Responsibilities: Filing - set up new files and keep all files orderly and current. Type correspondence, forms, etc. Answer telephone, take messages, and transfer calls. General receptionist duties. Assist students and teachers when required. Other duties as assigned. Equipment Used: Personal computer, typewriter, printer, copier, and fax machine. Working Conditions: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.
