This role combines customer service, sales support, and relationship management to drive satisfaction, retention and growth. The Customer Success Representative is the voice of the customer inside the lab and plays a key role in maintaining Midwest’s reputation for precision, speed, and service excellenceKey ResponsibilitiesServe as main contact for assigned accountsRespond to inquiries regarding case status, pricing, billing and product informationCoordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate case completionRecord and manage interactions in CRM and case management systems (Magic Touch,iCortica, or similar)Manage cases on hold including proactive follow-ups and clearing cases as appropriateMake outbound calls to current and prospective dental offices to promote Brand Products and servicesIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesSupport Customer Success manager with campaigns to drive customer adoption and revenueProvide customer feedback for improved workflow, service standards and product offeringsQualifications & Requirements2 years of experience in customer service or inside salesDental or healthcare experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication, listening and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast paced environmentKnowledge of Dental lab processed and terminology preferred but not requiredExperience with CRM and case management softwareHigh attention to detailCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay with additional bonus potentialBenefits including Medical, dental, vision, Life401k with company matchPaid Time off (PTO) plus paid holidaysOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesMidwest Dental Arts is an affiliate company of Catalis Dental Lab Partners.
