Allied Technician - Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the NICU/Pediatric setting and will be responsible for providing quality respiratory care to a diverse patient population. This position offers a flexible schedule with alternating shifts and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.ScheduleNight shift: 4x8 hour shifts (18:30 - 03:00)Night shift: 5x8 hour shifts (18:30 - 03:00)Alternative weeks: 4 shifts one week and 5 shifts the nextEvery other Saturday and Sunday (3 weekends in a six-week block)ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Administering respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians.Monitoring patient responses to therapy and adjusting treatments as necessary.Providing patient and family education regarding respiratory care.Assisting in the management of complex respiratory conditions.Utilizing Epic for charting and documentation.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.NICU/Pediatric experience is preferred.Valid Minnesota RRT license (pending applications accepted, must obtain by start date).NBRC RRT certification.Experience with Epic charting is preferred.Must have NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications.Travelers must reside more than 25 miles from the location.Dove GrayIf you are a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist looking to enhance your career in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
