Caregiver Benefits & Support Specialist (Hybrid)

FreedomCare in New York is seeking a Caregiver Support Specialist for our Caregiver Wellness team. This hybrid role includes 3 days in our Jamaica Queens, NY office and 2 days remote, Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time. You will educate caregivers on benefits, process verifications, and support health plans, using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base.
