Speech Therapist Location: Anchorage, AK Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year Employment Type: Full‑Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours Job Overview Join Ancora Home Health & Hospice as a Speech Therapist. We are looking for compassionate, skilled Speech Therapists to support patients in regaining their communication and cognitive abilities. Work closely with patients to improve communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing function. Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and self‑care strategies. Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Ensure professional conduct aligns with Ancora's commitment to high‑quality care. Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs. Qualifications Current Speech Therapy License in Alaska. 2+ years of experience (preferred). Strong verbal & written communication and time‑management skills. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration. Fingerprint clearance card (accompanied by assistance). CPR certification & negative TB test (assist offered).
