Global Marketing Manager, Endourology

Becton Dickinson seeks a Global Marketing Manager to lead the Endourology Platform portfolio within the Urological and Critical Care division. This role manages disposable products and capital equipment, driving product launches and portfolio growth through commercial strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the endourology portfolio
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns with value propositions based on customer insights and clinical evidence
- Collaborate with sales and functional leaders to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors, managing scope and deliverables
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies addressing unmet needs and portfolio growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years progressive marketing or commercial experience in life sciences
- Leadership ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizations
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to build trust across diverse teams
- Proven track record developing and executing marketing plans with measurable results
- Experience leading global product launches and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
