US Senior Marketing Manager - Acute Urology, UCC

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the US marketing strategy for its Acute Care Platform in Urology and Critical Care, overseeing an $875M+ business with a team of three marketers. The role involves developing commercial strategies, managing product launches, and driving revenue growth across disposable products and capital equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve US revenue and profitability growth targets
- Lead and support three direct report marketers in achieving business objectives
- Partner with sales and functional leaders to identify opportunities and remove obstacles
- Generate evidence and disseminate value propositions addressing customer needs
- Develop annual marketing and strategic plans with execution oversight and course correction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years progressive marketing, product management, or commercial leadership in medical device or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption and revenue growth through marketing programs and sales support
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Experience developing customer-centric value propositions and supporting strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills using market insights and business data for decision-making
- Direct experience working with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare customers
