- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- The Senior Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance reports.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support external audits, compliance requirements, and financial documentation requests.
- The Senior Accountant will identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiencies, and internal controls.
- The Senior Accountant will assist with financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and account analysis.
- Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting audit activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- CPA or CPA-track experience is a plus.
