About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for its Chief Strategy Officer. This critical leadership role involves leading the Strategy Enablement team, centralizing strategic planning, coordination, and execution support. The successful candidate will be the key liaison across the Executive Leadership Team, Commercial leadership, and the Corporate Strategy team, ensuring the smooth running of the annual strategic planning and deployment cycle. Responsibilities include driving the ELT's operating cadence, leading strategic projects, and maintaining initiative tracking and reporting. The role demands a trusted partner who can represent the CSO and is adept at working with AI tools to enhance the strategic planning process. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role, with a strong preference for those who have supported a C-suite or senior executive. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer products, services, retail, software, analytics, or business intelligence, and possess strong program and project management skills. Hands-on experience with AI tools is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple programs across a global organization. The role requires a leader with excellent people and leadership skills, the ability to earn trust quickly, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
